New featureThe first version of Review Center is live: set up reviews, work through the member queue, and record HCC and Quality items per member. This pilot is for Quality and Risk team users only and is not available to provider offices.

UI updateThe EOB search filters now have a Reset button that clears all fields, dropdowns, and date pickers in one click.
Manage User Manager accounts (App Support)
ImprovementApp Support Admins can view User Manager accounts and the users they invited, and re-assign or remove those users — handling access issues without engineering.
Bulk portal invites

ImprovementImpersonation can now be granted to specific users through a per-user attribute instead of a whole role, which lets us turn “View as” on safely in production.
Self-service appointment-type mapping
ImprovementSuper Admins can manage how Excel “Appt Type” values map to document categories directly in the admin UI, without asking engineering each time.
More appointment-type mappings
ImprovementAdded mappings for commercial annual physicals (COMM), prospective APEs (PROS), and SNF appointment types, defaulting to HEDIS when nothing else matches.
Launch auth flows via deep-links
ImprovementAuth creation and actions (duplicate, modify) can now be launched from astrana-ui-modules using deep-links that bypass the re-auth pop-up.
Automatic auth failure recovery
ImprovementWhen an auth fails, the system now detects it and recovers the data if recent, or re-creates the auth and cancels the original with a clear note and alert.
Rebuilt Feature Flags targeting
ImprovementFeature Flags moved to a new model with unique names and email-additive targeting, fixing duplicate-name rows and incorrect cross-dimension behavior.
Quality & Risk tab fully restricted
ImprovementThe Quality & Risk tab off the Overview page is now completely locked down — no role, IPA, flag, or user can reach it.
Auth letters show Referral Type and Referring Provider
FixAuthorization letters again include Referral Type (Routine, Urgent, STAT) and Referring Provider details, which recent letter formats had dropped.
Review Center — RAF scores now match
FixRAF scores are now consistent between Review Center and the HCC Risk Score screen. For internal Quality and Risk team users only.

FixMember names on the Review Detail screen now match the format used elsewhere in the portal. For internal Quality and Risk team users only.
